Compost Haven is John McCormick, Katie Kroko, and Andrew Israelsen.

The trio was formed during June 2014 at Art Farm in Marquette, NE during overlapping residencies.
The trio improvises long form experimental music with found objects, instruments, motors, and other electronics.
They regularly performed in various spaces across the farm including fields, grain rooms, residences, and dilapidated barns.
Compost Haven traveled to Lincoln, Nebraska to perform at the Tooth Black House at an evening of experimental music and art.
Compost Haven's time together at the residency culminated with a two hour performance at the aptly named artist residence "Icky Vicky."
